Buyer logic
Also called: buyer reasoning
Buyer logic is the reasoning that connects what's true about an account to what the buyer likely cares about — the bridge between a signal, such as a hire, launch, or migration, and a relevant business implication for that specific role.
More than a trigger
A trigger event is raw data. Buyer logic decides what that event means for this buyer and this offer, and whether it's worth mentioning at all.
Why it's hard to automate
It depends on domain understanding, not merge fields — which is why generic automation produces researched-sounding but shallow messages.
