HubSpot integration
Connect HubSpot as the system of record and keep the deal picture in one place
HubSpot holds the companies, contacts, deals, owners, and pipeline stages your business reports on. Impact Deal Engine does the commercial preparation around them and keeps the resulting deal picture aligned, so the CRM reflects the work without anyone re-keying it.

How the supported workflow connects
From approved input to a reviewed commercial motion
01 Connect over OAuth
A workspace admin installs the connection. Credentials are encrypted server-side and the browser only ever sees masked connection state and the granted scopes.
02 Map your pipeline once
Each Impact Deal Engine stage is mapped to one HubSpot stage. Won and lost may only point at stages HubSpot itself marks closed-won and closed-lost, so reported revenue stays correct on both sides.
03 Work the cohort
Approved prospects are researched, prepared, reviewed, and worked through the active commercial motion.
04 Keep the deal picture aligned
Stage changes reconcile in both directions under the approved mapping. Where the two sides disagree, the conflict is surfaced for a decision rather than silently overwritten.
Common use cases
What teams use this workflow for
Keep HubSpot as the reporting system of record while adding governed outbound preparation around it.
Stop re-keying outcomes between an outbound workflow and the CRM the business actually reports on.
Give a distributed team one governed pipeline definition instead of per-rep interpretation.
Questions buyers ask
Frequently asked questions
Does Impact Deal Engine replace HubSpot?
No. HubSpot stays your CRM and system of record for companies, contacts, deals, owners, and reporting. Impact Deal Engine does the commercial preparation around those records.
Does it write to my CRM?
It can, under an explicit and reversible scope. Writes are enqueued by a deliberate action rather than running continuously, and every new workspace starts limited to records flagged as test records until an operator has watched real ones round-trip and widens the scope.
What happens when both sides change the same deal?
The conflict is surfaced for a decision instead of being silently resolved. Stage mappings are validated first: no open stage may point at a closed HubSpot stage, and won and lost may only map to stages HubSpot marks closed-won and closed-lost.
How are the credentials handled?
The connection is installed over OAuth and the token is encrypted server-side. The browser reads only masked connection metadata, the granted scopes, and the current connection state.
Is anything sent or logged automatically?
No message is sent without review. Outreach is review-ready and approved by your team, and CRM writes require an explicit action inside the permitted scope.
Keep the tools that fit. Govern the commercial decision before the motion scales.
