Commercial Evidence Loop
A Commercial Evidence Loop is the practice of treating what a cohort of outbound actually taught the team — replies, objections, redirects, timing, and no-fit reasons — as evidence that changes the next cohort's targeting, proof, objections, or offer, rather than counting activity and sending more of the same.
What counts as evidence
Not open rates. A reply that named a different owner, an objection that kept recurring, a proof point that was never answered, a segment that went quiet. Each one is a reason to change something specific before the next cohort runs.
Who closes the loop
People do. Reviewed corrections and observed outcomes give the team better evidence for what to test next; the system preserves what was actually tried so the decision is made on record rather than on memory.
