First 100 Evidence Cycle

Also called: the First 100

The First 100 Evidence Cycle is a controlled first cohort of one hundred approved prospects worked completely through one commercial motion, run to produce evidence about which commercial reasons, proof, objections, and sequence moves deserve broader deployment before any volume is added.

Why one hundred

Large enough that patterns in replies and objections show; small enough that every account can be worked properly and every result read. The number is a trust threshold, not a quota.

What it is not

Not a trial of message volume and not a guarantee of replies, meetings, or revenue. It is the point at which scale is earned or withheld on what the cohort showed.
