Email warmup
Email warmup is the practice of gradually increasing sending volume from a new inbox or domain, with automated positive engagement, so mailbox providers build trust in the sender before real campaigns begin.
Why it matters
A brand-new domain that suddenly sends hundreds of cold emails looks like spam. Warmup builds a track record first, so early campaigns are less likely to be filtered.
What it does not fix
Warmup protects sending, not relevance. A warmed inbox still needs messages worth opening, which is a personalization problem, not a deliverability one.
