Commercial Alignment

Commercial Alignment is the decision made before an outbound message is written: which approved company truth and which prospect evidence belong together for this buyer, so the angle, proof, likely objection, and next step are chosen before composition rather than improvised inside the draft.

What it decides

Why this buyer, why now, which proof is genuinely parallel, which objection to respect, and what this touch is meant to add to the conversation. The message is the visible result of that decision.

Why it is a separate step

Writing has become cheap and fluent. The scarce work is deciding what deserves to be said. Keeping the decision separate from the draft makes it reviewable, reusable across accounts, and correctable without rewriting every message.
